The price of gold rose today, Friday, in Egypt, with the beginning of trading, and the gram increased by one pound, to continue the journey of rise that it started recently.
The price of a gram of gold rose during yesterday’s trading, Thursday, by about 6 pounds per gram.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices increased to 849 pounds per gram.
And the price of 18 karat gold rose to 1091 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 karat gold rose to 1273 pounds per gram.
And the price of 24 karat gold increased to about 1455 pounds per gram.
The price of the gold pound
The price of the gold pound rose to 10184 pounds, and the price may vary from one merchant to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound, and its price is linked to the price of a 21-carat gram.
The price of gold today globally
The price of gold was recorded globally, to about $1,759 an ounce, according to Bloomberg agency data.
