Before presenting this Herbelin novelty, let’s remember that small-sized watches made their big comeback in women’s watchmaking around seven or eight years ago, with “mini” versions at Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chopard , etc.
This new Herbelin is therefore part of this trend with its 19.4 mm x 19.4 mm square steel case, water-resistant to 30 meters, in polished steel (with quartz caliber) associated with a bevelled bezel meticulously set with a also faceted sapphire crystal.
As for the dial, which is minimalist, it has no indexes for more sobriety and to highlight its natural white mother-of-pearl background fitted with short Dauphine hands, still very horological.
Naturally, this Antarès remains faithful to the codes of the collection with its interchangeable strap. Also new with its marbled lizard-print leather material, this one is satin-finished on the top to highlight its scales and shimmers in shades of blue under the effect of light.
Bringing a touch of fantasy to the model, it can be easily replaced, without any tools, by one of the straps available in a wide range of colors (no less than 30) and materials, in single or double turn.
