Today, Monday, the price of gold in Egypt continued to rise during transactions, and the gram increased by 8 pounds, compared to its level in the middle of trading, with the increase in the price of the metal globally, according to Naguib Naguib, the former Secretary General of the Gold Division, to Masrawy.
The price of a gram of gold rose 7 pounds during the middle of trading, to continue its rise during evening transactions, and the value of the increase per gram so far is 15 pounds.
Najib expected a further rise in the gram price during the coming period in the markets.
Gold prices today
14 karat gold prices rose to 693 pounds per gram.
And the price of 18 karat gold increased to 891 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 karat gold rose to 1040 pounds per gram.
And the price of 24 karat gold rose to 1189 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound increased to 8320 pounds, and the price may vary from one dealer to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound, and its price is linked to the prices of a gram of 21 karat.

The global price of gold rose during Monday’s trading session, the first session of the week, to about $ 1996 an ounce, an increase of 0.92%, according to Bloomberg Agency data.
