We discovered it last April with a presentation video that jerked horribly, NEO BERLIN 2087 offers us a new trailer to tell us a little more regarding its history. And if the jerks seem to have disappeared, everything is now drowned in a horrible blur, probably the only solution to make the game work on the target hardware: the PlayStation 5. It’s fine to use the Unreal 5 and without doubt the latest light rendering technologies, but it does not come without the cost of resources…
As a reminder, the developers announce that the game will be a potpourri of lots of different gameplay, such as the investigation, the RPG and of course the 3rd or 1st person shooter. But we don’t really see that as good news, because as we say back home, Who graps all, looses… It must also be said that the soulless artistic direction and the enemies less charismatic than crash test dummies, do not really encourage us to take an interest in the project. Especially since it seems above all developed for the Sony console, therefore with needs and targets sometimes far removed from those of the PC Master Race.
