An accident on the Brussels inner ring near Wemmel disrupted road traffic on Monday morning. A pedestrian was hit by a truck and died. The road was reopened to traffic but the traffic jams had not yet cleared up at 8:30 a.m., reports the Flemish traffic center.
At 6:00 a.m., motorists were already losing almost an hour in traffic jams from Grand-Bigard.
