According to the information reported by Delmiro De Barrio, it occurred on the Autopista Centro Occidental Cimarrón Andresote, Cruz Blanca sector, in the Arístides Bastidas municipality.
The victim was identified as the chief officer Elirich de los Ángeles Narváez Ortiz, 28 years old, who died when he entered the operating room of the Central Hospital of the Nirgua municipality, since he needed to be operated on for the injuries he suffered. She previously had her right foot amputated.
The vehicle involved was a beige Toyota Hilux model, without license plates, driven by a major general who works as head of Zodi Trujillo.
