If you dream of a nice summer house close to the sea or out in the forest, it doesn’t matter which North Jutland municipality you look for the summer house in.
There is a big difference in how many holiday homes are for sale in each municipality at the beginning of May.
In total, there are 6,177 holiday homes for sale throughout the country, and it is the first time since autumn 2020 that there are over 6,000 holiday homes for sale in Denmark.
At the top of the list with the most holiday homes in the North Jutland municipalities for sale is Jammerbugt Municipality, where there were 243 holiday homes for sale at the beginning of May.
A little further down the list you will find the Municipality of Vesthimmerlands, where there are 145 holiday homes for sale. Although it is not enough for more than 5th place on the list, there has nevertheless been a big change compared to last year. The proportion of holiday homes for sale has increased by 101 per cent compared to early May 2023.

The housing side
There are less than 20 holiday homes for sale in Brønderslev Municipality, Rebild Municipality and på Mors, and they are therefore omitted from the list.
True to tradition, find the most expensive holiday home for sale in North Jutland in Skagen. Here, the house at Hamiltonsvej 23C costs DKK 19.5 million.
However, another house for sale has a higher price per square meter.
