A report reveals “exciting scenes” about Messi’s future

A Spanish press report confirmed, on Monday, that the future of Argentine legend Lionel Messi is still ambiguous, revealing “exciting scenes” regarding the directions of the Paris Saint-Germain administration and the way it deals with contract renewal.

Messi’s contract at the Princes’ Park expires at the end of next season, without reaching an agreement on activating the extension clause yet.

And there was news during the past hours, according to Saint-Germain’s intention to change the team’s blood next season and allow Messi’s departure, in light of his tense relationship with the fans.

According to the Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo”, the owners of Paris Saint-Germain in Qatar sent clear instructions to club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and sports director Luis Campos to keep Messi at any cost.

The newspaper stated that this matter contradicts the ideas of Al-Khulaifi and Campos, who were ready for the departure of the Argentine flea.
