Today, during a half marathon in Yaroslavl, a runner died. During the race Andrey Anjan became ill. He was immediately taken away by a team of ambulance doctors who were on duty during the competition. The man was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where he died some time later.
— Andrey Sergeevich is an experienced athlete, he has repeatedly participated in running events. Before the start, Andrey underwent a medical examination and before participation he provided a certificate of admission to the distance, the organizers of the competition said.
