The artistic collective TeamLab is known for these creative, immersive, interactive installations blending art, science and technology. This time, the collective presents TeamLab Reconnect, an exhibition combining art and sauna in Tokyo.
Available for 6 months, the exhibition consists of a sauna zone, a cold bath zone and an art submersion zone, where visitors can rest while immersing themselves in works of art .
“By alternately taking hot and cold baths, visitors open their minds, experience an ever-increasing physical sensation and become one with the art. By recognizing that the mind, body and environment constitute the whole of our being, we reconnect to the world and time. » explains the collective.
