A few weeks ago, the wife of the Turkish actor, Necati Şaşmaz, the hero of the famous Turkish series, Valley of the Wolves, accused her husband, who had been subjected to a divorce case, of pretending to be the awaited Mahdi!
During the divorce phase, the wife said that the Sufi order of her husband Shashmaz and his claims to be the Mahdi destroyed the family.
Famous actor Necati Şaşmaz, who played the role of “Bulat Alemdar” in the TV series “Valley of the Wolves”, divorced his wife, Naghan Kasıkçek, the mother of his two children, on May 17 last.
The wife added that Necati Şaşmaz had viewed his 8-year-old son as the apparent heir of the order, and was accepted as the future leader of the order.
The wife presented to the court an audio recording that revealed conversations between Shashmaz and his father’s cousin Irfan T. In the audio recording, Shashmaz tells him that he appeared in the image of the Prophet Muhammad to a number of his friends, as he is the expected Mahdi and that he made important inventions for the world.
Shashmaz claims in the audio recording that it is possible that a cloud-like spirit has traveled to him through the ages since the departure of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, claiming that he was tested to perform this task despite his nose.
