We expected the final version, but finally Apple decided to deliver a second release candidate for iOS 16.5. The manufacturer did the same at the end of last week for macOS 13.4, with a second RC. However, we had not bet on the same thing for iOS 16.5 (whose first RC dates back to last Tuesday), but there you go.
The final version is still expected for this week.
