Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Northern Borders Police arrested a person who deliberately ran over two citizens in the city of Arar, and fled the scene.
The media spokesman for the region’s police said that the security authorities were able to identify and arrest this person, who is a citizen, pointing out that he deliberately ran over the citizens as a result of a dispute between them.
He pointed out that the citizens are in good health, while the accused was arrested, and initial legal measures were taken once morest him, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.
