The first seminar “Overseas agriculture and climate change” with the theme “issues, transitions and adaptations” was held until the 25th at Créole Beach. All stakeholders such as the presidents of the Overseas Chambers of Agriculture were invited to discuss environmental issues. The Minister Delegate for Overseas, Philippe Vigier, visiting Guadeloupe, was also present for the closing of the work of the first day of this seminar.
