Al-Marsad newspaper: A member of the Traffic Safety Committee, Saleh Al-Ghamdi, explained that cutting the signal is not a traffic violation if an ambulance is behind the driver.
He said during his intervention with the “Al-Youm” program broadcast on Al-Ikhbariya channel: “If a person is behind him, a civil defense or any of the government services such as an ambulance, he cuts the signal, and if a violation is recorded on him, he presents the filming and takes his right.”
And he continued: “What is wrong is that we have 3 lanes, and the ambulance is the middle or right lane, so whoever hears the ambulance cuts the signal and says because of the ambulance .. No .. the ambulance must be in the right or middle lane, and here the signal is cut off.”
