Al-Marsad newspaper: A new study published in “Foods” magazine found that when adding about two cups of grapes to a daily diet that includes a high amount of foods rich in fat, this led to a decrease in fatty liver problems, increased levels of antioxidant genes and an increase in lifespan.
Dr John Bisotto said: ‘A person can probably enjoy a life longer than four or five years. And it may be different if he starts eating grapes regularly.”
