A “successful election day” in Germany … the voter turnout is 59%

The polls were closed this evening, Sunday, in Germany, and MTV reported that the Lebanese voter turnout was 59.5%.

Lebanon’s ambassador to Germany, Mustafa Adib, confirmed that “we have closed the embassy door, the ballot boxes have been closed, and the packing process will begin, and the number of the envelopes will be counted, and then they will be packed in red wax to transport them to Beirut airport.”

He pointed out to MTV that “the other centers also closed the polls, the election day was successful, the organization was good, and the problems were simple.”

He continued, “Greetings to the media that accompanied us on this long day, and to the members of the Lebanese community, the delegates, and the Pens Commission.”
