A terrifying K.-O. by Michael Chandler on Tony Ferguson at UFC 274

Michael Chandler recorded a terrifying K.-O. ahead of Tony Ferguson at the UFC 274 gala in Arizona.

We expected a tough fight between the two men and they set the tone from the first round. Ferguson rocked his opponent early in the fight, but Chandler followed it up with a powerful ground throw. Ferguson however defended himself well on the ground for the end of the assault.

This lightweight clash ended with a bang from Chandler after just 17 seconds in the second round. Chandler totally surprised Ferguson with an inside kick that hit his chin head-on.

Ferguson fell to the floor and Chandler started celebrating with pirouettes before the referee even made it official. It took several seconds for Ferguson to return to his feet, but he was on his feet when the verdict of the fight was announced.

“He’s so tall, but he leaves his arms at his sides. I saw an opening and I took advantage of it”, mentioned the winner after the fight.

Chandler now wants to be back on the gala finale.
