A two-speed powershift gearbox for Trioliet mixing bowls

The Dutch manufacturer Trioliet releases the Shifttronic 2-speed Compact for its Solomix mixer wagons from 8 to 24 m³. The gearbox engages or stops automatically, under load, depending on the weight in the mixer wagon. The company promises a reduction in fuel consumption that can reach 30% and a lower need for tractor power devoted to this task.

Configuration in a mobile application

Adjusting the speed of the mixing auger(s) according to the different rations is done in the Shifttronic smartphone app. Once the parameters have been pre-recorded, the speed and gear adjustments are made automatically.
