A woman from the neighboring town of Espigas lost her life in a violent collision between two trucks. The accident occurred at the height of kilometer 390 of National Route No. 226.
On the morning of this Friday, a Ford Ranger truck, in which three young people from Pehuajó were travelling, and a Toyota Hilux with two occupants, They had a shocking head-on collision. According to Diario La Mañana de Bolívar, the Ranger that was traveling in the direction of our city to Necochea, tried to pass a truck when it hit the Hilux head-on that was heading towards Bolívar.

The fatal victim, who was traveling in the Toyota Hilux, was identified as Maria del Carmen Garciarena, 63, who was accompanying the driver, Eduardo Federico Kessler 59 years old, both lived in the town of spikes.
Both Kessler and the three young people from Pehuajó were transferred in a SAME ambulance to Miguel Capredoni Hospital no serious injuries.
