A year after taking office, Joe Biden is facing this institutional reality head-on. In recent months, the Democrat, initially presented as the new Roosevelt for his promises of historic social reforms, has suffered major setbacks in the implementation of key measures (protection of the right to vote, strengthening of the social safety net, fight against change climatic…).
