It’s Christmas time and most people are busy decorating the Christmas tree with lights and other colorful ornaments. But the young American was busy grooming his beard. Joel Strasser of Idaho holds the record for wearing a beard.
According to Guinness World Records, the ornaments are very creatively hung on his beard and his beard almost resembles a Christmas tree. Joel’s beard was decorated with 710 objects of various colors.
‘I stuck an ornament on my chin for the first time in December 2019 and every Christmas since then I’ve been breaking my own record. I still broke the record’. Joel said of the achievement. Joel said that in the beginning he decorated his beard very carelessly and that’s why the number of things he hung on his beard the first time was reduced. But later he realized that if he did it carefully, he could fit many things in his chin, he added. He said it took him two and a half hours to fit the jewelry on his beard and an hour to remove it all.
