Tomorrow, March 9, 2024, is the deadline for submitting E9 amending statements.
According to its announcement and in view of the start of liquidation work LIGHT 2024, the Independent Inland Revenue Authority (AADE) informs regarding the following:
- The application for the submission of Real Estate Data (E9) declarations for the year 2024 will not be available from Saturday, March 9 and until the completion of the issuance – posting of the ENFIA 2024 administrative determination acts and the opening of the amending ENFIA 2024 declarations.
- The application for the submission of Real Estate Information (E9) 2025 declarations will not be available on Saturday, March 9, between 11:00 and 15:00.
- All other functions of the Portfolio (such as the ENFIA Certificate, submissions of E9 declarations for years 2010-2023), will be available normally, throughout the work.
