The amounts of theallowance for disabled adults (AAH), of the’Disabled Child Education Allowance (AEEH) and a number of social benefits were upgraded on 1is April 2023 to take inflation into account. The new amounts will be paid from May 2023.
The maximum amount of the allowance for disabled adults (AAH) at the full rate is increased to 971.37 euros per month against 956.65 euros previously. This represents an increase of 1,6 % the amount of the AAH or 14,72 euros.
The allowance for disabled adults (AAH) is a financial aid that allows people with disabilities to receive a minimum income in order to meet the expenses of everyday life.
Déconjugalisation de l’AAH Un nouveau mode de calcul de l’AAH entrera en vigueur le 1er octobre 2023 pour soutenir les bénéficiaires de l'AAH en couple dont les revenus sont les plus modestes. Le conjoint du bénéficiaire et ses ressources ne seront plus pris en compte pour le calcul de l’AAH à partir d’octobre 2023. Aucune démarche n'est à effectuer.
