Arriving for the first time in Belgium during the summer of 2019 from ASEC Mimosas, Abdoul Fessal Tapsoba never managed to establish himself on the banks of the Meuse.
The Burkinabé forward, international 24 times (5 goals), played 49 matches with the Standard first team (5 goals, 2 assists) as well as 9 matches with SL16 FC (2 goals).
Loaned to Amiens since the start of the summer, Tapsoba should not continue the adventure in Ligue 2, although he was supposed to stay there until the end of the season.
According to our information, the 22-year-old striker, who did not find the net and who only delivered one assist in 500 minutes of play, should return to Sclessin this winter, he who failed to convince the French team to exercise the purchase option, still estimated at 2 million euros.
