In 2023, although the 10th of January has passed, there are still about 100 enterprises with trade unions in Dong Nai that have not yet reopened, and tens of thousands of workers are still on Tet holiday. In which, some companies give workers a long day off, and at the same time, they agree that during the time off, each worker will be supported by enterprises with around 150,000 VND/day.

In addition, in the first days of the year, most businesses in Dong Nai only organize for workers to work during office hours, not overtime because businesses have few orders.
