The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City organized hundreds of courses and training programs for its employees in the first half of the year 2023, which included 651 digital courses on the Coursera platform, 321 job requirements courses, 469 training courses to raise competencies, and 53 various workshops for employees, in addition to training 520 employees within the Environment and Health Program. and safety.
In the first six months of this year, the municipality hosted 43 trainees from university students, and followed up on 20 trainee graduate plans, 37 plans for alternative service employees, 33 knowledge transfer plans, 164 improvement plans to raise performance, 118 evaluations for consultant contract employees, as well as an evaluation of 35 trainee graduates.
