Abu Dhabi (Etihad)
The Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health announced the launch of the annual campaign to raise awareness of the harms of smoking and the importance of quitting under the slogan “Together towards a tobacco-free Abu Dhabi”, in conjunction with the World No Tobacco Day, which falls on May 31 of each year.
The center has sought to support the concerted efforts of the strategic partners in order to raise the level of awareness among members of society regarding the negative effects of tobacco use of all kinds and its alternative electronic products.
These awareness campaigns target adolescents in schools and universities.
