According to ministry data, the National Cheap Housing Company increased between 2018 and 2022 from 94 to 146 full-time equivalent dedicated staff, while the related turnover increased by 88% (from 59 million euros to 111 million). For the Housing Fund, construction expenditure increased over the period by 60%, or even 130% including land acquisitions. Staff increased by 80% (87 to 157).
SNHBM and FDL currently have 15 large-scale projects to be completed by 2042, representing more than 5,000 housing units with a state commitment of more than 2 billion euros.
