Brussels – Austrians remain particularly hostile to the EU. According to a Eurobarometer survey published on Wednesday, only 42 percent rate membership in the Union positively, 22 percent see it as something bad. This is the lowest and highest value among all 27 EU member states. Of all EU citizens surveyed, 61 percent see their country’s membership as a good thing.
