In this penultimate stage of our journey, the landscapes are fantastic… We crossed the 4,000 km mark on July 12 and on the 13 we cycled through the gigantic plain of the Rio Grande then climbed the southern end of the Rocky Mountains to reach the small town of Magdalena, perched nearly 2,000 m above sea level.
