According to the World Health Organization, lifestyle is the result of a set of habits that allows people to enjoy a balance between physical, mental and social well-being. Ask yourself questions such as: “Do I maintain a balance between the different activities of my daily life (work, study, household chores, leisure, rest and sleep)?” or “Am I satisfied with the time I dedicate to the activities I want to do and those I should do?” could be useful since they could act as triggers to propose a change.

If these types of links are a challenge or the living conditions mean that one finds oneself outside the familiar context, it is suggested to explore the different existing community tools, such as clubs, associations, volunteer groups, etc., since there are They could find people with common interests who are probably worth knowing.
