Acknowledgment of Education: The Guardian’s Signature Required for Application to Egyptian-Japanese Schools.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has stated that the guardian must agree to and sign the acknowledgment of the rules for enrollment in Egyptian-Japanese schools once they complete the electronic application form. If the guardian refuses to sign, the application will be canceled. The declaration includes the parent’s consent to implementing the Japanese model inside and outside of school, providing voluntary service for twenty hours annually, and paying tuition fees in installments. The Ministry announced that enrollment for the academic year 2023/2024 is open for the kindergarten stage and first level KG1. Applications will be electronic, and the conditions for application will be announced through the schools’ website for all 51 schools.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that the guardian will sign an acknowledgment of knowledge and approval of the rules for enrollment inEgyptian Japanese schools And all the internal regulations of the school once he completes the electronic application form, and in the event that the guardian refuses to sign the declaration, his application will be canceled and he will move to the next name, and this declaration will include the following:

– The parent’s consent to implement the Japanese model (tokkatsu activities) with all its burdens inside and outside the school and the time or tasks required.

– The guardian’s approval of the list of internal regulations of the school, including the moral code, the behavioral code, the school uniform code, and the general appearance code for students, in order to preserve the work system in schools and the philosophy of tokatsu activities.

The parent’s consent to provide voluntary service to the school for twenty hours annually, in accordance with the rules set by the school in this regard.

– The guardian’s consent to pay the tuition and tuition fees in installments according to the dates and schedule specified for that. In case of violation of this, the legally prescribed measures are taken without the need to warn or notify him officially, knowing that there is more than one system to facilitate the payment of expenses at the school for the guardian to choose what suits him.
