As announced in our issue 516 of January 29, 2024, the Coris group has finalized the acquisition of the Société Générale subsidiary in Chad.
The signing of the process took place on January 31, 2024 in N’Djamena. An act which marks the group’s entry into the CEMAC Zone, “thanks to the finalization of this process which gives it the resumption of all of Société Générale’s activities in Chad and the operationalization of its Coris Bank International Chad brand”, can we read on the Group’s website.
