Prime Minister should continue the work to protect public property
Manama: The cabinet meeting noted that the special mention in the report released by the US Department of State for Bahrain’s efforts to prevent human trafficking is a matter of pride.
In a cabinet meeting chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa at Gudaibiya Palace, he thanked all the authorities involved in anti-trafficking operations. The meeting also assessed that it was possible to achieve a prominent position internationally in preventing human trafficking as a result of systematic work.
The Prime Minister said that efforts should be continued to protect public assets, manage them carefully and take strong measures once morest the lapses.
He praised and expressed support for the work being done by the Ministry of Home Affairs in this regard. The Cabinet announced support for activities to strengthen industrial cooperation with neighboring countries.
The move is to strengthen cooperation in the industrial sector with the countries of UAE, Egypt and Jordan. They also shared the hope that sustainable growth can be ensured through mutual cooperation.
The Cabinet welcomed the signing of an agreement between Russia and Ukraine to resume grain exports via the Black Sea.
It was also assessed that debates and discussions are effective in reaching creative solutions to the disputes between the two countries.
The details of the meetings attended by various ministers were presented in the cabinet. The finance minister said that economic indicators have recorded a high level of performance in the first half of 2022. In the report presented by the minister, it is also stated that the concerted efforts to make the projects under the economic stimulus package successful have been achieved.
The Cabinet extended greetings to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Arab and Islamic community on the occasion of the Hijra New Year.
