95% of policyholders have a My health space profile. But to benefit from all of its features, you must activate your personal space, which 15% of Burgundians-Francs-Comtois have done to date. “Giving citizens back control over their health”: after its launch in early 2022, the My health space platform, supported by the Ministry of Prevention and Health and Health Insurance, is on the verge of becoming the new health record digital for all French people.
Today, 95% of patients have a My health space profile, which means that the health professionals they consult can add to it or access it (depending on the patient’s choice) to facilitate their medical monitoring and avoid examinations already carried out, for example.
In Burgundy-Franche-Comté, 6 million documents (prescriptions, blood test results, radiology reports, etc.) have been recorded by health establishments and professionals. Health Insurance, the Regional Health Agency and the GRADeS Bourgogne-Franche-Comté are now calling on all patients to take the next step to activate their personal space on monespacesante.fr and be able to use all of the functionalities available. platform. They can thus consult, add, organize their documents and health information as they wish, so as not to lose them again, and share them with the health professionals of their choice in complete confidentiality.
15% of patients have carried out this activation to date in the region: we can therefore do better and very easily, thanks to the aid made available (see in particular the help offered online).
For people furthest from digital technology, specific support is offered by a network of 130 volunteer ambassadors “My health space ambassadors” spread across the region.

At the same time, the updating of healthcare professionals’ business software is being finalized to ensure their interoperability and allow patients to retrieve their health document after each episode of care.
Funded within the framework of Ségur du digital, at no additional cost for professionals and healthcare establishments, this update makes it possible in particular to systematize the supply of patient medical files by healthcare establishments and healthcare professionals.
Among the most advanced professionals: hospitals, medical analysis laboratories, radiology practices, doctors, pharmacists.
In Burgundy-Franche-Comté, 60% of general practitioners had entered the medical file in My health space in October 2023.
