Recently I have been struggling with depression. I was taking medicine for it for a month. I used to have uncontrollable outbursts and be emotional at times. Thanks to my colleagues and husband who helped me. Anjali says now I believe I am over it.
Depression had taken a toll on me. I started behaving recklessly on the sets. One day when I got angry I threw the phone and broke it. I even had memory loss. I even kept my baby away, I didn’t want him to see his mother as an aggressor. I used to cry in front of everyone for no reason. After that, people including Arun asked me to seek treatment. They themselves spoke to my husband. They are like family to me. I can’t thank them enough for supporting me. Anjali says Arun, Manvi, Vinayak and Shyam all stood with me.
Anjali says that maybe she got into this situation because she got busy when she should have spent time with her family. Anjali started her career through modeling.
