“The food of my life is pudding soup. If you’ve never heard this before, you shouldn’t be surprised. It is a dish invented by my grandmother. To do this, she simply took vanilla pudding powder from the supermarket and stirred it into a larger amount of milk than called for in the recipe. She served the sweet sauce in a soup bowl and sprinkled it with a little cocoa powder. By the way, I continue the tradition and cook the pudding soup for my children. In the winter they are probably served once a week, although I now deviate from my grandma’s recipe.
