Actress Shinta Bachir filed for divorce from her husband, Indra Kristianto, after being married for four months. The two got married in March 2023.
This news was revealed by Sunan Kalijaga as the attorney representing Shinta Bachir. Shinta is said to have sued for divorce at the East Jakarta Religious Court (PA).
“Shinta Bachir has officially appointed us as attorneys to file a lawsuit,” said Sunan Kalijaga, as quoted detikHot on Sunday (16/7).
“From Shinta’s side, she has also registered a divorce petition,” he continued.
However, Sunan Kalijaga did not further explain why Shinta Bachir filed for divorce from Indra Kristianto. He only said that his second household had many problems.
“There are many problems in the household,” said Sunan Kalijaga.
“There are so many stories. Shinta even cries. Sometimes in the middle of the night she also contacts me to share new evidence,” he explained.
Sunan Kalijaga cannot provide further details about the household storms of Shinta Bachir and Indra Kristianto because this is a personal matter.
However, said Sunan, Shinta took steps to sue her husband for divorce because there was an urgent problem.
“For what the problem is, we cannot convey it because it is still a personal matter. What is clear is that there is an urgency for Shinta to take a stand,” he explained.
Shinta Bachir and Indra Kristianto’s first divorce hearing will reportedly be held on July 18.
Shinta Bachir had been married before until they divorced in 2018. From this marriage, Shinta was blessed with one child.
Then, the 37-year-old actress married Indra Kristianto in March 2023 after five years of being a widow. Both of them have children from previous marriages.
The name Shinta Bachir is known as an actress who often stars in horror films. Some of them, Sister Keramas (2009), Died Young in the Widow’s Embrace (2011), to Pulau Hantu 3 (2012).
