While the engineering details of the new palace, which will be built, have not been disclosed, the site is in “North Beverly Park” on an area of 14,580 square meters, which includes stunning gardens and wonderful views, and the area of the “house” alone is 1718 square meters.
The former mansion, before it was demolished, included many luxurious amenities that could be enjoyed, starting from 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, passing through a cinema room and a gym, in addition to, of course, the infinity pool with spa and art studio, a smoking room, and a garage for golf cars. , and another garage that can accommodate 8 cars, and offers panoramic views of Los Angeles and the surrounding valley.
