It was because she noticed the many problems caused by the construction projects of her relatives that Kelly Boutemeur had the idea of creating Advease.
Developed with the support of TVT, the purpose of this Toulonnaise application is to ensure instant and permanent communication between the various actors of a construction site.
“Rather than having to go around the various trades to know the progress of the works, the project manager or works supervisor will only have to collect this on the platform, where everyone will have deposited their real-time data, with photos, videos or other”explains the young woman who has been working for two years on the development of this tool, imagined when she was finishing her studies at Isen.
“After a bachelor’s degree in engineering sciences in computer science, I joined a master’s degree in cybersecurity and I followed the Pépite program. I was a student entrepreneur, that’s what made me want to create something that makes sense and serves people.”

And this, around a simple idea: to create a space of communication between private individuals and construction professionals, and also for the latter among themselves. “The construction of a house is an important moment in a life and is often a source of anxiety because people are not informed of the progress of the work; the companies themselves cannot always respond because they do not have not necessarily information from the various trades”analyzes the founder and CEO of Advease.
The Ulule campaign conducted last May was more than 100% completed with more than €7,000 collected to continue the development of the app, whose beta testing phase should start in August, for release in the fall.
“I will approach construction companies to ask them to experiment with it and be able to improve the functionalities.”
Already, Kelly Boutemeur has received expressions of interest from the construction ecosystem. “Advease will integrate the programs of the Higher Institute of Building and Public Works (ISBA TP) and a major brand of building materials and products gave me rather positive feedback on the app”specifies the entrepreneur who is currently preparing a fundraiser with the support of TVT Innovation.
If Advease targets site managers, craftsmen, and even large groups, it is also aimed at individuals who would like to undertake work themselves and can find a mutual aid community, tutorials… “Professionals who will be referenced there will be able to benefit from visibility to attract new customers.”
