Today, following a long time, he released a new video captured by his drone revealing that Apple is now building a “private production studio” right next to the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park.

In addition to the studio itself, which Apple obtained a permit from the City of Cupertino in July 2023, Sinfield said the company will also build new storage areas and a corridor for the new production studio.
“Other projects include electrical and HVAC upgrades to the Steve Jobs Theater, plumbing improvements to the Fitness Center, and the installation of new racks of servers inside the main building,” said Sinfield.
