AfDB bans Ivorian company for nine months for “fraudulent practices”

The African Development Bank (AfDB) group announced on Monday, July 25, the exclusion, for a period of nine months, of the company Entreprise de Commerce et de Construction Immobilière for fraudulent practices. According to the institution, an investigation by its Office of Integrity and Anti-Corruption (PIAC) established that the Ivory Coast-registered company had engaged in fraudulent practices during an appeal. tenders for the development works of the CCIA Building and Tower B of the AfDB in Abidjan.
