Finding accommodation that matches your desires, and especially your budget, is not easy. This is even less so when looking for accommodation in Brussels. We suspected as much, but a ranking published recently by the Immoweb site confirms it: it is in the Brussels Region that we find the highest prices in the country. On average, Brussels is more expensive by 700€/m² than the first province in the ranking, Flemish Brabant.
The real estate ad site publishes this ranking commune by commune, and also in the case of Brussels, by pointing out the most and least expensive streets. In Ixelles, four of the streets in the top 5 are located around the Ixelles ponds, in the Flagey district.
