Our Egyptian national team holds the record for winning the African Cup of Nations, with 7 titles, and the opening match of the 2023 African Cup of Nations will bring together the host team, Côte d’Ivoire, against its counterpart, Guinea-Bissau, on January 13.
The African Confederation confirmed in an official statement: “With 30 days remaining until the start of the 2023 African Cup of Nations, Côte d’Ivoire, CAF has launched over-the-counter ticket sales for the major African football event.”
Tickets will be sold over the counter in 12 cities and towns across Côte d’Ivoire, and ticket outlets can be found in Yamoussoukro, Bouake, Korhogo, San Pedro, Grand-Bassam, Cocody, Plateau, Bingerville, Songun, Anyama, Yopougon, and Adjame.
Ticket prices range from 5,000 CFA francs (about US$8) for the third category, 10,000 CFA francs (about US$16) for the second, and 15,000 CFA francs (about US$24) for the first.
