After 30 years of its presentation, Mirna Walid reveals shocking secrets about the series Wolves of the Mountain.

Although nearly 30 years have passed since the premiere of the series Mountain Wolves, with every show of work on television, viewers gather around the series to follow it as if it were its first show.

The series, which was shown for the first time in 1993, included a group of Egyptian acting giants, including Hamdi, Abdullah Ghaith, Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Raja Hussein, Wael Nour, Samah Anwar, Abdullah Mahmoud, Salah Abdullah and others.

Among the heroes of the series was the young star at that time, Mirna Walid, who played the role of Narges, the daughter of the Alexandrian businessman Hajj Hussein Al-Masry, who was played by the able artist Muhammad Al-Dafrawi and the wife of the hero of the series Al-Badri Badar, whose role was played by the artist Ahmed Abdel Aziz.

The Wolves of the Mountain is the second artwork in Mirna Walid’s life, after the movie The Shepherd and the Women, in which she stood in front of Ahmed Zaki and the two artists, Soad Hosni and Yousra.

As a result of her lack of fame before that series, Mirna Walid was exposed to many comic situations during filming, including what she told herself in a television program, as some scenes were filmed while she believed that she was still the stage of rehearsals.

As well as what was happening from the hairdresser work assigned to the stars, who would leave her to the end and not care about what she said or asked her requests to modify her haircut.

She said, “I was new to acting, and I had only had one experience, which is the Shepherd and Women movie, and the filming was done with one camera, while I discovered during the filming of the Mountain Wolves series that there were three cameras for filming and I don’t know why so much that I was performing some scenes.

I thought it was a rehearsal, and as soon as the scene was finished, I was asked to change my clothes, and I told them, “Not when we film the scene, and I’m surprised that the scene is already imagining.”

Mirna revealed that the scene of Nora’s kissing Lid Warda (Samah Anwar) was treated as a rehearsal until she found out that it had already been filmed.

And about her haircut, which was a big part of her character’s success, Mirna revealed that it came by chance, as the work’s hairdresser was only interested in the big stars to work, including Samah Anwar.

And that he was styling her hair in the last moments before filming: “He didn’t care what I asked him to correct my hair, but he did what he liked and styled it very quickly a few minutes before my scenes and I didn’t get any attention.”
