After 40 years of waiting, the residents of Guairá received their property titles

Asunción, IP Agency.- The National Institute of Rural and Land Development brought producers some 83 new property titles, of which 25 are definitive and around 60 for the signature of the beneficiaries. Within a month, they will be owners of their lands, in the district of Paso Yobai, department of Guairá.

The president of Indert, Francisco Ruiz Díaz, expressed that with this act the beneficiaries are no longer occupants and become owners of the properties, following 40 years of waiting.

The mayor of Paso Yobái, Óscar Chávez, highlighted the results achieved in a few months of management of the head of Indert, and the President of the Republic Santiago Peña, for taking the massive titling of properties to the colonies.

For her part, one of the beneficiaries, Nilda Caballero, expressed her gratitude to the government for the implementation of payment facilities, which allows paying small amounts that made it possible to obtain the title of her property in less than a year.

Likewise, councilor Arnaldo Pereira stated that through the work promoted by Indert it was possible to regain credibility with the farmers.
