The police were alerted to a burglary in a house in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, on the night of Saturday to Sunday.
Three individuals, suspected of having robbed a home in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, were arrested on Sunday, a police source told BFM Marseille Provence.
Three hooded individuals
It was during the night that two teams from the anti-crime brigade (BAC) were alerted to a burglary in progress. Arrived on the spot, the police are very quickly alerted by the sound of a broken window. They then noticed that three hooded individuals were trying to flee on foot.
The BAC police officers, helped by two peacekeepers, set out to find the three fugitives, still in the 8th arrondissement. One of the three individuals was quickly arrested, even though he was struggling violently when he had just boarded a vehicle.
A few minutes later, a second individual is arrested. The man had in his possession a bundle with several objects inside, including jewelry. The third individual was finally arrested by a BAC crew while he was trying to hide in a house.
