After a fatal traffic accident in November in Langenrohr (Tulln district), the St. Pölten public prosecutor’s office brought charges of grossly negligent homicide against former ÖFB national team player Nina Burger. The 35-year-old is accused of having an alcohol content of 0.78 per mille in connection with fatigue. There is no trial date yet, the spokesman for the prosecution, Leopold Bien, confirmed on Monday to media reports at the APA request.
