After a security campaign, two brigades and conscripts were killed in a traffic accident in Aswan

Two police officers with the rank of major general in the public security sector and two conscripts were killed in a traffic accident on the desert road in Edfu, while chasing the Aswan rest house.

The emergency operations room received a notification of a car overturning on the desert road in Edfu, north of Aswan Governorate. Examination revealed the death of two police brigades and two conscripts, after returning from their work in Edfu, heading to Aswan.

The deceased were transferred to Edfu morgue and the Public Prosecution office was notified to take over its affairs.

The list of martyrs included Major General Montaser Abdel Naim, Undersecretary of the Public Security Sector, Major General Ahmed Mohi, Assistant to the Southern Upper Egypt Region for the Public Security Sector, and conscripts Ahmed Siddiq and Saudi Shaaban.

A security mission was formed by the Aswan Investigations and Public Funds, headed by the inspectors of the public security sector, under the supervision of Major General Alaa Selim, the Assistant Minister of Interior, to prosecute Mustafa Al-Bank, resting in Aswan, in preparation for his arrest after multiple reports against him.

In a related context, the executive agencies launched campaigns to remove the violation of the buildings and demolish the Aswan resting farm in the Edfu area, and hundreds of people gathered in front of the cattle farm in order to obtain their money amid a security presence in the Al-Busailiya area to demand their overdue money.
